Mobile vertical vibration concrete well pipe machine is a multi-functional precast equipment designed for producing cement well pipes, no-sand filter pipes and concrete well rings, widely used for farm bore wells, groundwater intake and drainage projects across Southeast Asia.

Unlike traditional centrifugal pipe machines, this vertical vibration model comes with solid rubber moving wheels. It requires no fixed concrete foundation or underground pits. You can set up production directly on hardened factory ground, greatly reducing factory construction investment and preparation time.

The machine adopts 3 sets of attached external vibration motors to compact dry-hardened concrete. It supports replaceable steel molds, making pipe inner diameter from 300mm to 1500mm. Single pipe height options include 500mm, 800mm and 1000mm. Operators can quickly switch molds to produce different specifications of well pipes.

This equipment can manufacture two core products: solid reinforced concrete well pipe and porous no-sand concrete filter pipe. The no-sand filter pipe allows groundwater to flow through the pipe wall while blocking sand, which is perfect for agricultural irrigation bore wells. The production cycle takes 8–12 minutes per piece, with daily output reaching 40–60 pieces within an 8-hour shift.
